Our purpose is to offer affordable land in high-growth counties for reasonable terms. Most of our land can be acquired at a discount with cash or financed with manageable monthly payments and no credit checks. 

People who buy land from us have their own reasons (i.e. camping, rock hounding, homesteading, speculation, star gazing… you name it.). We’re here to help you accomplish your goals and find a plot that perfectly fits your vision.

A bit about the owner:

My name is Laura Hill and I’ve been a real estate investor since 2006. I’ve experienced the ups and downs of the market. In 2009-2011, my team and I acquired rental properties around the United States. In 2020, I watched in wonder as the real estate market shot up despite warnings about a pandemic slump. You never quite know what you’re in for, but you can spot opportunities and go with the trends. And it is my belief that raw land is on the upswing (that’s not financial advice, by the way… always do your own research).

When it comes to investing, land has its pros and cons. My great-grandfather, for example, was gifted land by the government that he was never able to homestead because he lost the water rights and it’s been a tax drain on our family ever since. Then, of course, there are those stories of people who bought acres in Park City or Aspen for pennies on the dollar and now are multi-millionaires. 

The key to purchasing land that is worth something right now is following the market. There are many counties in the US that are absolute duds. But, then, there are counties that have a strong base of active buyers, growth opportunities, and a sunny outlook. We search for land in these favorable counties that is encumbrance-free. The county may allow for building, camping, mineral rights, or other uses, but specific uses vary by parcel. When we sell you the land, we indicate how the property is zoned and how it can be used. 

I live with my husband and son in Phoenix, AZ. Although city life is cool, our greatest adventures are getting out into nature.
